New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around New York is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

wide variety of realistic flowers and plants, and a fair price for every budget. but the service! these lovely ladies and gentlemen were so kind and helpful while i put together a new arrangement. took me three days, but worth it a thousand percent.

If you want the most realistic faux greenery and flowers, this is the place. Yes, theyβre pricier but the quality is extraordinary. Some pieces are nearly impossible to distinguish from real, and the variety is unmatched. But I will admit their return/exchange policy is overly strict.

Beautiful silk flowers. I had to touch some of the stems to make sure they were fake! Pretty pricey ($15 to $25+ per stem) but if you're looking for very authentic florals, this is the spot!

I hate to do this since the products are good but the customer care was a disaster. In short, my daughter purchased the flowers for two pots and the staff packed them up in a bag after which she paid for the goods. When she got home all the flowers for one pot were in the bag but all the flowers for the other bag were not. When she called right away they said they were 100% sure they packed all the flowers and they wouldn't do anything to help. When I followed up the next day with a call and pointed out that it would be impossible for someone to selectively steal exactly those flowers out of the bag that were meant for one planter while leaving all the flowers for the other planter in the bag, I was told again that they were positive "they packed everything" and that we were not going to get "free flowers". In the end, this store clearly made a mistake (which I assume was innocent) but were then adamant that it was somehow our fault and that we got what we paid for. We didn't. With just a little customer care this could have been worked out. Unfortunately this store had no interest in helping in any way - they insisted "they were right" and that they should not do anything

I purchased artificial flowers yesterday and returned today with the hopes of exchanging for the perfect match. The manager was rude and would not let me exchange a purchase made within the past 24 hours. She did not even explain why all purchases are final sale. The staff did not inform me that all sales are final. DO NOT GO HERE! Very unsatisfied. There are other artificial plant stores on the block. Check them out first.
